This marks an important next step in our company’s growth journey and strengthens our ability to continue supporting life insurers in Belgium with reliable, future-ready technology.
For more than 30 years, Vereycken & Vereycken has developed and delivered robust software solutions for the Belgian life insurance market. Our UnitLinked3 platform, UL3, has grown into a trusted solution for policy administration and complex life insurance products, supported by deep market expertise, long-term customer relationships, and a strong focus on quality and compliance.
By joining Keylane, we are combining our local Belgian expertise with Keylane’s broader international experience, technology portfolio, and continued investment in SaaS solutions for the life and pension sector. For our customers, this means continuity in service and product support, combined with access to greater capacity, wider expertise, and new opportunities for innovation.
Vereycken & Vereycken will continue to focus on the Belgian market and operate as part of Keylane’s Life & Pension segment. Vereycken & Vereycken will transition to the Keylane brand. While our name will change, our commitment to our customers, our people, and the continued development of UL3 remains firmly in place.
